Common questions
What’s included in my monthly plan?
Included: content and image swaps, text changes, plugin setting tweaks, CSS adjustments, adding or formatting a landing page from content you provide, and updating existing blocks or layouts.
Not included: custom development (PHP, custom plugins or themes), building a page to match a new design from scratch, writing copy or creating content, graphic design, or full site/section rebuilds. These are quoted separately as project work.
Do you carry out malware cleanups?
Yes, malware cleanups are part of our maintenance support. If your WordPress site gets infected, we identify the malicious code, remove it, and patch the vulnerability linked to it. We also check for backdoors and clean up affected database tables.
Does it matter where my site is hosted?
We’ll work with any host. That said, some performance and security goals are hard to hit on cheap shared hosting. We’ll recommend better options as part of your audit.
How does onboarding work?
After you sign up, we’ll request secure access and run a full audit of your site. When you sign up for a plan, we will respond within 12 hours on business days with actionable steps.
What happens if my site goes down?
We will monitor your site for continuous uptime. We investigate immediately and restore from backup if needed, within your plan’s response SLA.
Can I switch plans later?
